Question 1

What is Recoverly IQ?

Accepted Answer

Recoverly IQ is intended to help Canadian HVAC businesses follow up on new inquiries, unaccepted quotes, and older leads. It is a follow-up support concept; this page does not promise that every channel or integration is live.

Question 2

Who is Recoverly IQ for?

Accepted Answer

It is intended for Canadian heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) businesses that want to keep track of follow-up opportunities with prospective customers.

Question 3

Which leads can Recoverly IQ help a business follow up with?

Accepted Answer

The intended use includes following up on new inquiries, unaccepted quotes, and older leads. A person should only receive follow-up when appropriate consent is in place for the intended purpose and channel. Older leads are included only when that appropriate consent has been provided.

Question 4

Are SMS or email messages available now?

Accepted Answer

Live messaging is not confirmed here. Messaging remains conditional until both the required provider access and approved consent information are available. Do not assume SMS or email sending is active before those prerequisites are met.

Question 5

Can a customer book an appointment through a calendar?

Accepted Answer

Live calendar booking is not confirmed here. Booking remains conditional until both the required provider access and approved consent information are available, so a calendar shown in marketing material should not be taken as proof of a live booking integration.

Question 6

Will Recoverly IQ send appointment reminders?

Accepted Answer

Live reminders are not confirmed here. Reminder capability remains conditional until both the required provider access and approved consent information are available.

Question 7

Can customers pay through checkout?

Accepted Answer

Live checkout is not confirmed here. Checkout remains conditional until both the required provider access and approved consent information are available.

Question 8

Does Recoverly IQ guarantee more booked jobs?

Accepted Answer

No outcome is guaranteed. Recoverly IQ is intended to support consistent follow-up; actual responses and bookings depend on each business, its customers, consent, and the capabilities available to that business.

Clear answers for follow-up that starts with consent.
